There is no set end date. We have an incredible anonymous donor who will be paying the monthly administrative fees for years to come. 

YES! Our product donation form and GBB are two different things:

• GBB is your postage and should be taped to the top of your package before you drop off your package at the shipping store.
• Our product donation form is to speed your donation through our warehouse and ensure that we can send you a thank you letter. Please tape one copy of your form to the bottom of your package so our barcode is not confused with the GBB postage.

For the most part, the label will be for UPS.  
 
When you print your label, you will see the name of the carrier at the top.  Please drop off your donation at your local facility or you can schedule a pickup through the GBB site when you print the label. There is a fee for UPS pickup when using the GBB site. 

You can use any box except for USPS flat rate. We suggest that you use a large box and ship it when it’s full. We accept donations year-round except for challenges which have a set date. By using a larger box and shipping less frequently, you’ll save even more money for shipping! 

The combined length and girth of a piece (the length of its longest side plus the distance around its thickest part) may not exceed 70 inches. Oversized boxes will be rejected by UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

While GBB allows for 70 pounds per box, we ask that you limit your box to just 50 pounds. Lifting a 70-pound box is hard on our staff and in most cases, it will be too heavy for you too!

Please combine all your items in one box. We will sort your items when they arrive at our facility. 

Yes, as long as the box does not exceed 50 pounds. Just be sure that you include a separate product donation form for each person that details which items they have included in the box. 

The number is their account number and will always be the same.

GBB labels say 10 pounds no matter what the weight of the package is.  

You will first need to purchase your label. 
 
When you have paid for your label, send an email with your address to info@givebackbox.com with your GBB order number, and they will email you a label code. 

You will then take that code to UPS, and they will print the label to be placed on your box. 

Use of the Give Back Box is restricted to individuals and non-profit groups/organizations only.
