Care Package Assembly Day in Charleston
August 14 – 15, 2024 (multiple shifts available)
Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center- Hall A
5001 Coliseum Drive
North Charleston, SC 29418

Join Operation Gratitude, Starbucks, and the Charleston community as we come together to thank our Veteran and First Responder heroes. Together, we will assemble 3,000 Care Packages for Veterans and 3,500 Care Packages for First Responders.

At this event, Starbucks partners and community volunteers will assemble Care Packages with tokens of our collective gratitude including handwritten letters of appreciation, snacks, hygiene products and handmade items that will be delivered to our nation’s heroes.

To reach this ambitious goal, the event will take place over the course of two days: Wednesday, August 14th and Thursday, August 15th, with a total of three volunteer shifts for participants to choose from. The first shift will help with set up; the second and third shifts will assemble the 6,500 Care Packages.

Interested individuals must register in advance to attend the event. Feel free to register along with your family and friends! Volunteers ages 13 and up are welcome.
