Yes! Our facility in Chatsworth is open Monday – Thursday from 10 am to 3 pm for donation drop-offs. Please be sure to complete fill out our online Product Donation Form and include a copy in every package you drop off.

If you do not immediately receive your packing slips after submitting your donor form, please check your spam file.

If you are making a large donation, you will need to coordinate the drop-off with our staff.

Please complete our online Product Donation Form (this is used for all products and letters). When you complete your online form, you will be sent (via email) printable barcodes to be included with your donation in each box/envelope/mailer/package you ship.

We accept most handmade items year-round, so please send your handmade items when your box is full, and then start filling another one! The exceptions are for our Handmade With Love Challenges and our “Calls To Action” and those dates are announced at the beginning of each event. Blank Christmas cards need to arrive at our facility no later than October 30th.
