In the lead-up to the 20th anniversary of 9/11, thousands of first responders and military service members in the LA area and across the globe will get a very tangible “thank you” from national nonprofit Operation Gratitude. The organization hosted an assembly at their headquarters in Chatsworth this weekend where they were joined by numerous volunteers to create a total of 12,000 care packages.
