# Battalion Buddies Request

Complete the form below to request a Battalion Buddies care package for the children of service members, because they serve too.

To give each request the care and coordination it deserves, we ask that all care package requests be submitted at least **90 days in advance**. Requests submitted with less notice may not be able to be fulfilled.
